Room Rates
$95-149 plus tax for double or single occupancy on weekends; luxury rooms $130 plus tax Sunday thru Thursdays (not including holidays and 3-day weekends). Rates include substantial breakfasts and evening refreshments. Corporate rates arranged. Gift certificates available.

Reservation Policy
Payment for one night's lodging required at time of reservation by check or credit card guarantee. Cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival to receive refund.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased in any amount. Our gift certificates are redeemable whenever there is space available, and they do not have expiration dates (unless they are charitable donations from our inn which are subject to the terms printed on the face of the certificates).

Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING inside the building. Porches available for smokers.

Pets and Children
Please no pets; we have a shy kitty who stays out of guest quarters.
Limited appeal for children under 12.
